The HLK-LD2420 is a high-performance 24 GHz radar module with a single transmit and receive antenna from Hilink. Its human sensing algorithm utilizes millimeter-wave radar distance measurement technology and the advanced proprietary signal processing technology of the S3 series chip to accurately detect moving, micro-moving, and standing people. The HLK-LD2420 is primarily used in indoor scenarios to detect movement or micro-movement within an area and update detection results in real time. It has a maximum sensing distance of 8 meters for moving people. The sensing range, sensitivity in different ranges, and refresh time can be easily configured. Supporting GPIO and UART interfaces, it offers plug-and-play functionality and flexible application in various smart scenarios and end products.
